My name is Marte, I am an art historian, editor, and translator working on lots of exciting projects. I’m interested in the aesthetics of art, the psychology of viewing art, the relationship between nature and art, and the terminology of critiquing art. I’m also a co-founder of TFISM (Transition: Forum for Interdisciplinary Studies into Modernity), a digital research group that hosts bi-annual conferences on colonialism, art, and the construction of modernity.
